Various symbols are used throughout the reiki healing process one of which goes by the name of the Sei He Ki symbol which we will be taking a closer look at in today’s video and going over what it’s actually used for.

The Sei He Ki reiki symbol is given by to a reiki student by a reiki master during level 2 of the atunement process and is used to bring the causes of mental stresses and anguishes to the surface so that they can be effectively dealt with and replaced with positive energy.

This symbol is also known as the emotional healing symbol as it’s often used to help a person’s emotional health and state when unwell.
