Throughout the reiki attunement process a reiki student will be given various reiki symbols which will help them to develop their reiki skills and in today’s video guide we’ll be taking a closer look at the Dai Ko Myo symbol.
The Dai Ko Myo symbol can only be used at the master level and is one of the most powerful symbols in reiki. This symbol combines the power of the first three symbols: Cho Ku Ray (the power symbol), Sei Hei Ki (the mental/emotional symbol) and Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen (the distance symbol).
The meaning of this symbol roughly translates into “bright shining light” or “great enlightenment” and it is a symbol that is designed to help heal the soul. Once the soul has been healed you will find it much easier to then heal the mental and physical self.
